Exploring Oslo, Norway

View from Oslo Det Kongelige Slott, Norway

we arrived in oslo by sleeper train from bergen. it’s something i’ve always wanted to try & yes it was an adventure! let’s be honest: nowhere in norway is cheap (or even reasonable, really) but despite thinking we’d acclimatised we were shocked by the prices. its place on the most expensive cities list in deserved. saying that, it’s still a worthwhile place to go. our highlights included wandering around the crazy vigeland statue park, climbing the opera house, & visiting the viking ship museum.

  1. I’d love to visit a Viking ship museum! I met a Norweigan girl in Chile and she said it felt like everything was free in South America because it was so cheap compared to Norway. I’d love to go…One day.
